At Khanum's, we want you to feel confident in your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that bespoke orders and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original Khanum's packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
